I'm having issues with our LMS (Oracle based LMS), using Java version 1,6,0,17 we had no issues but we have now had to upgrade the Java to version 1,8,0,74 and we are getting messages about being unable to play content due to not achieving a 'High Risk' status certificate.
Recently we are having similar issues with Articulate360. We've found that Java has to be completely up to date AND the browser. For example Chrome has java within the browser, we've made sure Chrome is up to date and the presentations now work after allowing insecure content.
We have certain version numbers that we must use in order for it to work. We have to use IE11 with the particular Java version, which we have and now it doesn't work. I've just downloaded the trial of 360, designed a quick package and still having the same issues.
