I am having issues getting Articulate Presenter 13 content to publish via mobile deployment using SuccessFactors LMS. The content does not load and gives an message "error" in the app on launch. I have tried two courses and we cannot use the Articulate Player.... it must use the SF App and local device browser. Has anyone else had issues. I have help tickets in with Articulate and SuccessFactors.

You can check our publishing and viewing requirements in this documentation. At this time, we cannot support viewing in a mobile app outside of Articulate Mobile Player.
The problem could be solved. With Storyline 2, in section “Publishing for HTML5 and mobile devices” select "Include HTML 5 output". (And uncheck "Use Articulat mobile player...."). The published content was fine with SuccessFactors Mobile App.

I have the same problem to publish content on SuccessFactors Mobile App which is developed with Articulate.
Error message on iPad: "Cannot Access Content. Articulate Mobile Player cannot access this content"
