Articulate Presenter UI: AP6.exe - Application Error Aug 14, 2012 By Scott Mason Hi, I recieve this error when trynig to publish a particualr course, if I publish other courses which are small in content then it's works fine. The error reads: Articulate Presenter UI: AP6.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x0502eb76" referenced memory at "0xf4f0f1f8". The memory could not be "read". Has anyone experienced this? PS - I had new RAM installed as it seemed like it may have ran out but I still seem to recieve it. Thanks
Scott Mason Author over 11 years ago08/14/12 at 8:04 am (UTC) I've now solved the problem, on one of my slides there were some blank placeholders for an image that was already there. CTRL+A should select all and you would only need ot delete the blank ones, this should then fix the issue.
