I recently moved my articulate programs to a new computer and am using them for the 1st time. Upon trying to narrate my presentation I got the following error message: Component 'UniBox10.ocx" or one of its dependecies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid in AP5.frmSlideGrid.loadplaylists at line 104. Any suggestions? Thanks
Would you mind submitting a case to our support staff, including the error message you're receiving? They'll be happy to work with you to get it resolved. Thanks!
Please let us know if the below suggestions did the trick to get you up-and-running:
"If you're experiencing unexpected or erratic behavior in Articulate Studio '09, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article. That article will ensure that you'll have a clean reinstallation of the software in your system.
Also, Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010. Microsoft recommends installing the 32-bit version. Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version. Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010. For more information, please review this article."
Peter thanks for the reply. I was out of town and just now getting at these messages. I'll give it a try and see if this resolves the issue. Thanks AGain
