I've been getting the dreaded "HTTP 404 Not Found" error when attempting to access an attachment to a published & uploaded presentation on Articulate Online. I'm able to access the other two attachements to this presentation, but not this particular one...a standard word file. I've attached this particular file to a presentation in the past without troubles, but something has gone haywire this time.
I've deleted, retried, re-published, re-attached, re-uploaded and refreshed. Nothing seems to work out the kink. Any ideas?
Are you able to share the Word document, so I can test it in a presentation? You should be able to attach the file by using the paperclip icon in your response. Please keep in mind, though, if the file is too large it may not post.
Sorry for the delay. I took a look a the file this morning and I found the same issue. However, I decided to try renaming the file and now it seems to work for me. If you can, try removing the spaces from the document name, along with the quotation marks and dash.
I'm attaching the renamed version, to show what I mean

Thanks!
Hi Christine!
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!! I've attached the word doc - just a 10 page txt doc with an imbedded excel table.
Thanks again,
Kim

Also, here's a published test file with the doc listed in attachments.
