My interns are experiencing an issue with Articulate 13 audio editor (AE). We are running PPT13. While selecting audio to delete, the playback button "freezes" the entire program. I'm aboe to select audio and move around the AE screen, but the playback button remains frozen. I have to do a "Save and Close" in order to perform any further tasks in AE.

Hi, Michael - Sorry to hear you and your interns are experiencing issues, but can you please confirm that you are all working locally?
