I am publishing a course in Presenter 13 and running into some issues. I have an opening slide that is just text, followed by a handful of slides that are videos. However, randomly the audio for the first video slide will start to play. It will start sometimes on the first slide which is just text, and it will play sometimes over the audio from the video that is actually playing. When this happens, if i click the pause button the actual audio from the video that is playing will stop but the random audio that is playing will not stop.
Any thoughts? If any other information is need please let me know.

May I ask if you are testing your published output in the intended environment when you experience this behavior? And if issues persist, you may want to check out this article on troubleshooting steps you can try to see if you find improvement.
Thank you for the reply. It appears that the issue does not occur when it is local on my PC, and does not occur when in my LMS on my PC, but it does seem to randomly happen when playing in my LMS on a MAC computer. I have tried multiple browsers and can not seem to pin point or recreate the exact issue. It is still random, but only seems to happen when playing on a MAC. Any suggestions?

Typically, if you do not experience the same behavior in the SCORM Cloud as you have in your LMS, we would recommend that you reach out to your LMS for additional insight. This article on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud may be useful.
And I happen to also work on a Mac, so I would be happy to test your content to see how it behaves on my end. If you cannot upload your file here due to confidentiality issues, you are welcome to send it my way using this form. :)
Hi, I am having exactly the same problem using Storyline 360. I'm working locally, and have published to SCORM Cloud. The audio from video slides plays randomly when the user is not even on the slide. This just started happening today.
Update: This stopped happening after I installed an update later in the day. I hope it's cured for good!

I am having this experience when previewing a project. I haven't even tried publishing yet. I am using Storyline 360. Thanks for any advice.

I also saw an update was available after this post, updated, and this seemed to do the trick.
