Having issues with audio quality when I am converting the recorded narration and ppt into articulate. It sounds perfect when you play back the audio via the audio editor and when you listen back to the audio after you have recorded it. Once I publish the file the audio quality is pretty awful .I have now tried numerous headsets , as I believe this was the route cause, but this has not helped. Could you please give me any advice on what I can do here. Is it a matter of changing audio settings on my own laptop or would it be better to record the whole file externally and import the file into Articulate.
I think it's the audio compression that they employ to get the file sizes down. It's probably going to something like a 64k MP3 from whatever your source is (like my WAV files). I'm not sure if you can adjust it but any improvement you do is going to mean a larger file in the end.

You can manually increase the quality of your audio by going into the Quality settings in Presenter '09. For more information, see the link below:
