I designed a course in PowerPoint, added audio via Articulate Narration, and published in HTML5 Only format.
The issue is that audio does not play automatically on all slides, slide properties are set to "automatically advance." Slides will play if I select "Prev" then select "Next," the effected slides will play and advance. I tested in several different environments: Articulate Preview, Publish/Review, and loaded to our LMS and tested and the audio issues still exist.
Please provide me with any insights on how to ensure the course will play through to the end, without these audio issues. Thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing your project! After taking a look, I don't see there is any audio in the project. No worries, we should be able to find the audio in the Articulate Package.
