I have a completed PPT presentation (with narration and transition animation) that I would like to upload in Articulate. However, when I click "Preview", it shows to be preparing the slide(s), but nothing shows. What can I do?
I tried to send another question with the file attached, but it wouldn't upload.
Good news! Adobe and Microsoft have fixed the Flash Player bug that broke many applications just before the new year, including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Studio.

If you are using Windows 10 this may also help.
Not that Articulate noticed me of this, but I was having the same problem last week. I spent most of the day trying to figure out what went wrong and finally thought about doing a search for the Windows 10 update and found this https://www.articulate.com/support/engage-13/uiadminrequirednotice-appears-in-articulate-studio-13-apps-after-installing-a-significant-update-for-windows-10 . What I found was once I downloaded the new Windows 10 update, it was able to preview again...though I've had other issues with reactivation. What would have been helpful is notice from Articulate "Heads up, Windows 10 update issues."
Hope that helps.
Thanks for sharing your feedback Bradley. I will share with the team as well.
