Cannot add flash video to PowerPoint

Aug 02, 2013

Hello All,

First post here - please be gentle as I'm new!

I am unable to insert a small piece of flash video (successfully created via Video Encoder) into a PowerPoint presentation (using the Articulate ribbon and clicking on 'Flash Movie).

The error recieved states 'The project file C:\Users\xxxx.ppta cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of Artiuclate presenter.

I only created the PowerPoint deck this morning and afterwards installed Articulate Studio '09 - the .exe file from the Articulate website.

Any ideas of how to resolve are appreciated!

James.

Hi James and welcome to Heroes!

You will come to find that the community is incredibly supportive and helpful, so there are no worries about being new!

Since you're new, I wanted to first start out by sharing some Flash best practices.

If you'd be able to share your files here or send it to us by submitting a Support case we could take a look at what's happening. Follow along with these directions to package your Presenter files.
