Immediately after installing lastest version (Oct 2014) I started getting the error message within Presenter "Could not find Process Window Handle". I have tried to uninstall Artiulate then reinstall. no luck. Any idea what to do to solve?
Please make sure that you're working with local project files:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).
Additional information regarding "Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces" in Windows operating systems can be found in the followingMicrosoft article.
If that doesn't fix the problem, please try repairing Studio '13:
Unfortunately the message has nothing to do with the name or location of the file. It happens when I first enter a PowerPoint BLANK presentation. When I enter QuizMaker I receive a message that it failed to open because it is missing the side-by-side configuration. I have to believe these two messages relate somehow since it only happened after the version upgrade/patch.
