could not load file or assembly Powerleech

May 16, 2023

Hello,

I've tried to use articulate presenter Add-In in Powerpoint.

When I try to press any of the icons I get a generic Error Message "We're sorry something went wrong.." when I press "Information" I get the following. It seems like powerleech is missing what ever this is. Can anybody help me with that?

Thanks alot!

Hi Marcel,

I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag; I'm happy to help troubleshoot! We can start by checking if you're working on your local drive; working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior. If the problem still happens, try running these steps to repair Studio 360, which includes Articulate Presenter.

We'd be glad to investigate further if the problem persists. Please open a support case with us so we can dig deeper into the issue. Thanks for your patience!
