Unresponsive Articulate Tab

Jul 18, 2020

Hello,

I tried to access the commands in my Articulate Tab but it is not responsive. Once I click on any command I get Articulate Presenter Error Report. Below is an error message I got. I would appreciate any support on this.

Hi Olawale!

I'm happy to help make sure you are able to use the Articulate tab in Presenter 360!

We are going to remove and then re-add the Articulate tab to Presenter 360.

I've listed the steps below. If you'd rather see these steps in action, click this link.

  1. Open Presenter 360.
  2.  In the File tab, select Options which is located at the bottom of the selection.
  3.  In the Options pop-up, select Add-ins from the list on the left.
  4.  Go to Manage, which is located at the bottom, and choose COM Add-ins from the drop-down. Click Go.
  5.  In the pop-up, uncheck the box next to Articulate.Presenter.lpc and click OK.
  6.  Close Presenter 360 and re-open. Repeat steps 2-4.
  7. This time check the box next to Articulate.Presenter.lpc and click OK.
  8.  You should find the Articulate tab in PowerPoint now.

Please click on the Articulate tab and let me know if you receive an error message.
