I was able to add a custom player to my views in Presenter '09 where it would allow me to show/hide the toggle switch for end users and allow them to choose if they wanted to see the menu, make the screen larger, or not see the seek bar....all by one click. It was located at the bottom right of the screen in '09. Does '13 not provide this feature?
Ok. Is the drop down menu in the player properties? I used to have a tab that would allow me to create a custom player and now I do not. Do you know if that is available?
If not, is there anyway to download '09 again and convert files from '13 to '09?
It looks like Brian and Tom have been doing a great job helping you out here. There won't be a way to take content created in Presenter 13 and import it into Presenter 09, because of the differences in features, including the player. If you'd like to share your thoughts on features that you'd still like to see in Presenter 13, you're welcome to do so here.

i think this is on the long list of features that were removed.
What you are able to do now is make the navigation menu a drop down menu on either side of the player, which is very comparable to the toggle in '09
