Delay in displaying reveals after Publication

Using PowerPoint 10, Articulate Presenter 9.
I create slides with reveals. I then record the narration and as recording, click "Next animation" exactly when I want it to appear, synchronized with the voice.
When I publish, there is always about a half to three quarters second delay of the reveal. It's like when you talk on a video conference call overseas and there is a delay between the person's mouth moving and the voice... very annoying from the viewers' perspective.
One 'klugy' solution would be to click on 'Next animation' about a half second (2 or 3 spoken words) earlier.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks... Tom

Hi Tom & welcome to Heroes,
Have you tried speeding up the animation itself? For example, if your animation is set to Slow, try changing it to Medium.
If you continue to have issues, please let me know.
Hi Brian... I use Fade-in of 1 second on most all reveals.
Is there a difference between "Preview" publishing and "Publishing" publishing that would have an impact on the delay?
Hi Tom,
There shouldn't be much of a difference between previewing and publishing. If you're still having issues, I would recommend submitting a support case to us by following the steps below:
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
