Disabled plug in

Hello there!  I am VERY new to articulate and my add-on got disabled.  I did what they said and went to the microsoft button, clicked add-in's and clicked on the "articulate presenter ribbon", clicked COM Add-ins but it comes up with the box where I should be able to click "articulate presenter ribbon" but it won't let me click it...it tells  me "only can be connected by the administrator."  I don't know what to do....help please.  Why isn't it recognizing I am the administrator and how do I fix it.  THANKS!
