Embedded Articulate Videos won't play in LearnCenter

I have uploaded an AICC Articulate course to Learn Center. I have three embedded videos in the presentation. All work just fine when viewed in preview mode, or even when published; however, when they are uploaded and viewed through Learn Center, the presentation hangs up on the last two videos. The “seek bar” shows paused and the presentation does not advance. I have rebuilt, replaced, and republished the affected slides a couple of times and I just can’t seem to get past this. Do you have any suggestions to fix the problem, or a work-around to bypass it. The videos in question are MP4 format. Might that be the problem? My next step will be to change them to FLV if I can figure out how to do that.

Hi Brad,
You may also want to review the suggestions here in regards to why videos may not work in the published output. You could also look at testing it in SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content to see how it behaves there.
