Entering a quiz into presenter...just freezes PC
Oct 21, 2014
Hi all.
I am trying to enter a quiz into presenter. I have opened an exisiting powerpoint and created a new slide in which to insert the quiz. Then in the articluate ribbon, clicked on the quizmaker Icon, to insert a quiz to this slide, then it just freezes up completely. I cannot open close, remove, dlete, reopen anything. I have to restrart my PC and then when i try and open powerpoint up, it prompts that it is starting up in safe mode. I have to delete the partially recreated .ppta/pptx documents that have been saved on the desktop as these will not open and just crash the PC again. I have tried this using office 2007 and 2010 and it crashes on both. I have tried using a network drive and also the local C drive in which to manipulate the powerpoint to add the quiz but to no avail.
Can anyone help please?
Regards
Mark

Hi Mark and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
I would advise a repair of your software to resolve this issue.
Hi Leslie
I have tried this. I did a full removal and re-installation of the files and it still will not work.
Any more ideas please??
Hi Mark! I was hoping that would resolve the issue, but it sounds like you may to take a bit more time and do this complete solution.
If this does not assist, I would recommend working with support so that we can check event logs, etc to see what may be going on.
