Hi,
Since I migrated to Windows 7 and Office 2010 this error message occured for me and others when runnig an articulate eLearning. One has to close the course down and stops the browser working properly.
I have tried republishing the course and the slide where this occurs has been "cleaned up" from heavy animation but this problem remains. My IT-support can't help since they are not familiar with Articulate.
It is possible to view the course and skip this slide - the rest works fine.

Hi Johanna.
Where are you viewing the content from? Online or offline? Does this occur with any content or a specific presentation? Do you have any inserted Flash movies on the slide where this issue occurs? Also, I would recommend upgrading your version of Flash Player to the most recent one which you can do here.
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me so soon.
Questions:
I'm online
A specific presentation - a specific slide actually
No flash movies inserted
I have now upgraded my Flash-player.
This specific issue seems to be solved a a colleague has republished the course and now the problem is gone. I myself tried the same of course but the problem remained - I'm reluctant to try again as I now have a working course.
If this problem reoccurs with any other course/slides I will for sure get back to you for help.
Thanks again!

Justin:
I am having the same issue with publishing an Articulate presentation. I get an error message to upload Adobe flash, I do that, and it locks the computer. When I try again, I repeat the cycle.
Any suggestions?
Jan
Hi Jan!
Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Presenter. See this article for details.
