while i install Articulate Studio 09 on my windows XP sp3, i get this error message: unable to get download/5/6/7/567758a3-759e-473ebf8f-52154438565a/dotnetfx.exe
I use Articulate Presenter Studio 09 with Windows XP, so that shouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately I don't know anything about installing since my IT department handles that where I work. perhaps someone else here can assist.
If you're having trouble getting things installed, I'd recommend giving our guys in support a shout. They'll be happy to help you get the software running correctly. Thanks, and sorry for the trouble
