This isn't native, but there is a good community created solution here from Pete for Storyline using some Javascript. The only built in options within Storyline to make it full screen are included within the Player propertiesIf you are using Presenter '13, take a look at this article about choosing the player features and also how to select how the presentation is displayed in the browser.
