Inserting a Flash Movie

Aug 30, 2011

After inserting a Flash movie into a presentation is there a way to change the synchronization behavior or do I have to repeat the whole insert process?

Also, I  remember during the course I took hearing that it was best to use sync independent of slide.  Are there any issues with using synchronize slide and movie?

Thanks,

Hi Robert,

Yes, you'll need to re-insert the SWF if you want to change the synchronization behavior.

It's typically best to use "sync independent" of the slide if you have issues with your file after you publish.  This typically indicates an ActionScript conflict between your SWF and the Articulate player.  Thus, syncing independent of the slide will resolve that issue.
