I had a major issue with my laptop and it had to be completely rebuilt, this resulted in the Articulate software being deleted.
Can you please help me with the installation, I had used Articulate Presenter 09 in the past. But now when I search for this, it is asking me to install Articulate Studio 09 and it asks me to purchase the software. However, I had purchased the license previously so I dont want to have to pay for the software again.

When you install Studio 09 (which would include Presenter 09, or you could have purchased Presenter 09 separately) you'll be prompted to either start the free trial or activate with your serial number (which you would have received when you originally purchased). If you're unsure of your serial number, it would be best to connect with our Support team so that they can assist you.
