Are you only seeing this when trying to record audio in Presenter or edit existing audio or both? If it's only when recording audio, please check the troubleshooting steps here. If it's happening whenever you look to using the audio options on the Presenter ribbon, please go through the troubleshooting steps in this article. Lastly, you may need to perform the steps here, including the last one in terms of repairing Presenter.
