I have a number of movie files (.mov) where the audio is perfect. I converted them to Flash using Articulate Video Encoder. However, after they are converted I can no longer hear the audio. I thought it was an issue with using preview, so I published, but that did not help either. HELP, please.

Hi Monica!
How were your videos created? On a Kodak or Aiptek camera?
If so, please check out this article.

Hi Monica!
Thanks for the updated information.
I found another thread where a user had a similar issue.
If you need to convert with another product, our support team likes utilizing Handbrake, which is free.
