Issues with Video in Articulate Presenter when playing in Saba

Hello

I have just loaded my most recent module into our Saba LMS.

The four mp4 videos, which play fine (without pause) in preview mode and when published, do not play correctly once uploaded into the Saba LMS.

Each of them pauses for around 10 seconds before playing, so it initially appears to the learner that they are not working.

Has anyone seen this before and/or know how to fix?

Hi Sarah!

Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
