I hope someone can help me. When we built our masterslides we built them using Powerpoint 97-2003 then our business upgraded to Articulate with Powerpoint 2010. When we did this our Master Slides aren't laying out the same as they did when they were built in Powerpoint 97-2003. Can anyone shed some light on why this maybe happening.
Our original slides are formated with ppt. we are now working with file formate pptx. Does this have anything thing to do with it?

I just checked to see if you have submitted a case and didn't find anything under your name. If you have a case number, I'm happy to keep an eye on this...
