Microsoft PowerPoint Add In - Cylance security compatability

I am looking for the technical documentation for Presenter 360 (more specifically around the Office Add Ins).
Presenter injects a Microsoft Office Add-In when installed. This Add-In is called Articulate.Presenter.Ipc. Our enterprise runs CylancePROTECT for endpoint security.
Cylance and this Add-In do not get along for some reason and Cylance is requesting the technical documentation around it so they can review. Whenever someone who has the Articulate suite installed uses PowerPoint, virtually every action triggers a warning - which essentially makes PowerPoint unusable. This issues exists in Windows 7 and Windows 10. We are currently running Office 365.
I'm the Articulate user, so I'm just relaying the request from our IS security team, who is relaying the request from Cylance.
