Hi Leslie,

I don't think so Leslie. We've installed it properly and rebooted.

I'm thinking it's conflicting with iSpring add-in? (It should'nt be if there's no problem with Articulate updated version)

And another thing is that Articulate 13 not yet fully support MS Office 13?

Please advise because we've just upgraded to MS Office 13 and again we are cornered.

We really need to fix this.

Hi Anders! For anyone else having an issue with their ribbon and crashing in general, I would try to repair your installation to see if that alleviates the issue.

Thanks for sharing your solution as well Ben, sounds like our solution here worked for you and is the next step if the repair does not work.
