I am having issues with the exit button disappearing after exporting a course from Articulate Presenter to our LMS (Taleo Learn). The exit button appears during preview in Articulate but disappears after being import into the LMS.
We solved our problem. If you're using Articulate Presenter and you choose not to display the course title, you will not see the Exit button. In other words, if you want to display an Exit button in the upper left or right corners, you need to include the course title when setting Player settings.
Hello Patrick and David! Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Do the two of you work together? Or did you both stumble upon the Exit button missing?
Patrick - please let us know if this works for you as well.
I appreciate you chiming in to share the solution that worked for you David. That could certainly assist others in the community that run across this thread in the future.
We have seen an issue in Studio '13 where the Exit player tab is missing when you disable the Menu, Title and Resources altogether in the Player Properties. We found that this happens in HTML5, but the Flash output works correctly.
Are you also using Studio '13? Have you disabled the Menu, Title, and Resources?

We work together. :)

Thanks for confirming - it seemed like it, but I didn't want to assume :)
Welcome to both of you!
We had disabled the title. Once we added the title, the issue resolved itself.
