I have a file which has attached audio. (Both files are on the C: drive) When I preview the file it appears to be playing the audio along with the slides but there is no sound. I checked all of my sound settings and there is nothing wrong with my computer. Am I overlooking something when I preview it to hear the sound?
I am having the exact same problem. It worked before now all of a sudden there is no audio. I checked the Communicator add-in and it's enabled. Not sure what else it can be but I am working on a tight deadline. Please help.
Audio issues tend to be pretty project-specific, so I'd recommend sending us your files so we can take a closer look and help pinpoint the issue. If you'd like to do that, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. Thanks!
Thanks Peter. It appears to be just the Articulate on my PC. I was able to do the voice overs from my laptop which worked fine but when I try to do them on my desktop no sound. My speakers are working because I am able to play music. I even imported a song in the presentation just to see and that strangely worked it's just when I do any audio recording. Even Audacity wouldn't playback.
Did you have a chance to submit a case? Sounds like there may be an issue with the installation on your desktop, but our support engineers would be happy to help diagnose the issue.

Hey Kelsey!
Sounds like you might have seen it already, but if not, please take a look at our troubleshooter on missing audio:

Did you check to make sure the Communicator add-in is enabled also?
