I published a presentation for CD delivery. While reviewing the presentation, I viewed a few slides and then exited. On starting the presentation again, I did not get the prompt to resume presentation from where I left off. The "Prompt to resume on presentation restart" check box is selected.
Why am I not getting the message to restart the presentation from where I left off?
If you use the Exit tab to close a Presenter presentation published for CD, you may find that you are not prompted to resume when you launch the presentation again.
To workaround this issue, you may want to disable the Exit tab:
Go to Player Templates.
Select the Layout tab.
Deselect option for Exit tab.
Republish your presentation using the updated player template.
When viewing the published presentation, your users can close the presentation by using the Close button (X) in the upper right corner of the window to exit the presentation. Let me know if that does the trick...

You probably know this, but remember that if this on CD, it will only resume if the user uses the same computer.
I have had more than one client say "this is an issue", so i've had to explain cookies to them :-P
