Play button does not appear with flash inserted

I have a presentation that the play button does not appear with a synced flash movie hits the end of its timeline.

I have inserted flash movies on every page and synced them with articulate.

Usually when a flash movie hits the end of the timeline it then tells articulate to show the play button on the articulates shell. It’s not doing that.

Any ideas what the issue maybe?
