I'm running Presenter '09 on MS Office 2010 - though more often than not, PowerPoint will lock up. I've attempted to disable the add-on, reinstall the application, and repair Office, to no avail. I've poked around the forums a bit and didn't see anything with quite the same issue (though I could be getting too side-tracked by all of your fun tips and tricks). Any thoughts?
Which version of Office are you running? Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010, and they recommend installing the 32-bit version, and Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version. Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010. For more information, check out this article article.
And if that doesn't fit your scenario, here are some more tips for getting up and running. Let us know how it works out...
Great, Peter! Thanks. Just when I think the 32- vs 64bit battle was won, Microsoft keeps us guessing... Pulled out the 32bit version and poof! No problems.

Much obliged!
Nice, Dan! Back in the game!
Hi Peter,
Can you comment on 32/64bit install for Storyline2 ?
Any issues with 64bit MS Powerpoint 2013 for SL2? I need to reinstall office 64 bit OK?
cheers
G
Hi Garry! Unfortunately Peter does not make it back to the forums as often as he would probably like.
All of our system requirements for the products you mentioned can be found below:
Storyline 2
Presenter '13
As you can see, the 64 bit should be fine for our software. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks Leslie,
The Presenter 13 link does not seem to confirm PowerPoint 2013 (16 or 32) either way?
cheers G
You are absolutely right Garry, I apologize.
Check this out as a back-up/reinforcement :)
