Hi - can anyone advise me as to why my presentation is distorted when I publish to Articulate? It looks fine in PowerPoint. When I publish it to Articulate Online, all styles are distorted with simple graphics (arrows) obliterating words. I lose most of the style of my presentation. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Lisa! I am able to see the document that you shared. Without seeing the file, it's hard to see what you are dealing with. Are you utilizing Smart Art? Could you try to save as an image and see if that helps your issue?
Thanks - I did send it to Support last evening. I did get a response; and they assumed I was using Articulate 13 - but I'm using Articulate 09, so I'm not certain how to proceed.

Can you share a couple of screen shots (one of the original PPT screen and the other of the published output)?
