seeing this happen often - tincan api. learner's meet the tracking needs, whether slide count or passing a quiz, and are not getting marked complete on the LMS. Is there anything I should be checking on the LMS side that might help me figure out why this is happening?

I did one test on scorm cloud and it worked there (indicating completion & passing based on settings).
What's next to test? Or should I try a few test runs
