Presenter 09 conversion

Hello,

I am a newbie to Articulate. I've been tasked with converting some Presenter 09 content to 13. There are couple of things that I need help with:

1. How do you add feedback to buttons like "Exit" and "Next". For instance, in 09 you would get a message like "You cannot move forward until..." when you try to click next before the slide finishes. Is this possible in 13?

2. When publishing for LMS in 09, it would output a "data" folder. I'm not seeing this folder... Is it just a matter of it not being needed anymore?
