Presenter 09' wont present master slide images and images/grouped shapes in SCROM

Hi,

I'm having issues with my SCROM published course in a LMS.

A. The background layout image that I put in the master slide does not show at all. 

B. Some png images do not show. 

C. Some grouped shapes appear dispersed. Some shapes are resized and mis-positioned.

D. images show resized and mis-positioned.

Please note that when the course is published for web, everything works perfectly. 

Any advise will be appreciated.

The best way to identify an LMS issue is to compare how your published output behaves in an industry-standard testing engine. SCORM Cloud is a free testing engine that supports AICC, SCORM, and Tin Can API (xAPI) content.  This video demonstrates how to use SCORM Cloud with Articulate content.
 
You'll also find some helpful LMS-troubleshooting tips here.
 
If your content works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, please open a support case with your LMS provider. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.
