Presenter 13 and AppSense

Hi All

Im new to this application but have a strange problem and wondered if anyone had seen anything like it.

We use AppSense to lock our environment down and when we login as a user (where appsense is active) the problem we have is when we go into Annotation on a presentation. When we click this option, we save the document as prompted then we get the annotate feature. However, the entire annotate menu appears to be inaccessible. We cannot select any button or close & save the document. What we have to do is select logoff, then windows says a dialog is open. We then cancel on the windows dialog which then activates the Annotate menu bar where we can close and save. However, if when its active we click another annotate menu button other than Close and Save, again it locks and we cannot access the menu again.

However, this is only on running the Add annotations for the first time after you have run the application for the first time that day. Subsequent uses of the application (whilst still logged in) run fine. IF you log off and back on, then run it, the first time it fails then after that works fine.

Has anyone seen such an issue before ?
