I keep having the same issue. As soon as I publish my file, the audio track disappears! The audio for the Engage interactions remains in place, but the slide audio is gone. I save multiple times, I have the most updated version, and I've checked the articles on this issue to make sure I follow the right steps. But it still disappears and I have to rerecord the entire project. It doesn't happen everytime, it's sporadic and has happened twice in the last week. I'm super frustrated! Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your audio files.
We have seen this in the past and have a very helpful article that you can take a look at here.
Also, since you mentioned it was sporadic, please be sure that you are working locally with both your files and your software.
