Presenter 13 Audio Quality

I recently upgraded from Presenter '09 to '13.  When using '09, I imported 16 bit wav audio files from Audacity and then updated the player quality to 56bit rate to address a poor audio quality issue that occurred when the course was published.  I used this approach for all courses developed with '09 and was very satisfied.  Using '13, I am importing the same audio files and have the same quality issue after publishing but can find no way to update the audio quality.  Is there still this capability in '13?
