I have issues with Presenter 13'/ PowerPoint 10' crashing. (Everything is compatible.) Because of this, I save after ever change I make. This week I updated Articulate with the latest and greatest update. I now have two PPT and PPTA files (one was autosaved). Although I save after every edit some how no edits were saved. Any ideas?
Thanks for the update Karen. Sounds like you may need to do an uninstall/reinstall as that is not the behavior we expect you to see. That being said, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article to fix unexpected or erratic behavior in Articulate Studio '13.

Hi Karen and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Are you working on your local drive?
When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive).
Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
I am working from my local C: drive.
