Published a Presenter 13 course in HTML5 for the first time. When it plays on a iPad there is no sound. Everything else is working, but there is no sound.
We are accessing this HTML5 course through our LMS on a iPad with Safari.
You may find that audio in your Articulate Studio '13 content doesn't always play as expected in HTML5 output when viewed on Apple iOS 9 iPads and iPhones. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Studio '13. See this article for details on how to update your Studio '13 software and your published courses.
Also - please be sure that your toggle switch on the side of the iPad is not set to Mute.

Hello Leslie,
I did Update 7 :1509.1618 last fall. And I've checked to see if there are any newer updates, but there are not.
And yes, the first thing I did was check the mute switch on the iPad.
Any suggestions for next steps?
Thank you.
Hi Jann!
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?
You may also want to test on SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior or if it is limited to your LMS.
