Presenter 13 not working

Hi

Wondered if someone can help, I have just updated to Studio 13 and whilst Quizmaker and Engage are working, presenter is not?

I open a ppt, it says no updates are available but none of the functions are working?

As I was updating it, I had three warnings (one presenter, one quizmaker and one engage) that it had become unresponsive, however, when I clicked close the programme and check for solutions it carried on updating it. It completed the update and I restarted my computer.

I had to confirm my serial number on both Quizmaker and Engage but not on Presenter so am wondering if I should re do it?

Any ideas or has anyone else had this problem?
