Presenter '13 Resources Tab Too Small

I am a new Articulate User (less than 3 complete projects done).
I am using Presenter '13, and for the first time, my Resources tab is not expanding horizontally and vertically to show full content of the resources. On_Scroll works, but only the limited amout of the drop down is shown, which makes the drop down Resources control useless. This is effecting the HTML5 published file only, not the HTML version, nor the SWF version. Prior to publishing, Player Preview allows Resources to expand as needed. Please see attached screen shot.
I cannot find a place to allow the Resources tab to grow with content, and at the moment, that makes feature is unusable in the HTML5 version. For the time being, our Webmaster has removed that HTML5 option when she posted for us. (We are not using an LMS, just directly to a webserver.)
Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to share your experience and sharing that image of what you are seeing.
When you share your published course, we recommend sharing the URL for the presentation.html file and allowing your browser to choose what to best display.
The supported HTML5 viewing enviroments are:
HTML5
Windows: Google Chrome (latest version)
Mac: Safari 6.0.5 or later, Google Chrome (latest version)
Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 6 or later
Based on the image you've shared, it seems that you may be viewing the HTML5 version in an unsupported browser.

I was just testing each version locally, and had launched the HTML5 under IE, when I noticed the issue.
