In Presenter 13, why would a mp4 and flv work on one computer and not another computer with the same versions of browser, java and flash player? We have multiple environments throughout the company. Thin Clients, Corp PC and Mac and training PCs. The only issue we have is the training PCs. The browsers, java and Flash match what we have on everything else yet half the time they work and half the time we get blurred video that isn't a connection issue. Thoughts?

It's hard to say without testing it or seeing the actual results. If you'd like to share the Presenter course with us, we'll be happy to take a look to see if we can reproduce the issue. You'll want to create a Presenter package to send along your files. Additionally, just to be everything is up to date (not just the same across machines) I wanted to point you to the system requirements for viewing Presenter 13 content.
