None of the icons on the ribbon open; Character, Slide Properties, Player, Preview, etc When I click on any of them, there is no error, but just don't open. Please help!
If the Articulate tab on your PowerPoint ribbon is missing or some of the Articulate Presenter '13 buttons aren't working, the Articulate add-in may be disabled in PowerPoint. Here's how to fix it.
You could also conduct a repair of your software of simply download the latest update.
I'm having the same issue. I followed the instructions that Leslie posted to fix the issue, including downloading the latest update, but I'm still not able to activate any of the ribbon icons. Any additional suggestions would be helpful!
I seem to be encountering this same problem. This all started when I attempted to get the latest update. (Update 5) Flash Player is updated now too, V18.
I can see the Ribbon, but nothing works, looked at Add in's and when I check to add or activate the ribbon, it gives a message : Load Behavior: Not loaded, a Runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add in.

If you've gone through the steps that Leslie mentioned and you're still having difficulty can you look into conducting the repair detailed here.
Update: problem fixed. I completely uninstalled Articulate Presenter 13 and reinstalled. That seemed to do the trick!

Hi Karen! I would first advise that you attempt to repair your software to correct this behavior.
