I have created a Quizmaker Quiz within a Presenter file. When I publish the file, and click on the player.html as well as the Preview button, the questions on the quiz are missing things like the answers, as well as in the case of the multiple choice questions, the buttons to be able to choose the answer. Any thoughts on how to fix this? We have about 8 other files like this, and the other 7 are fine. I appreciate any help you can offer!
It sounds like you might be experiencing a known issue that's a result of a recent Microsoft update. Take a look at this article and let us know if you think that's what's going on.
If you're able to rule that out, it could be an issue with your system's DPI.
First, it sounds like you may be viewing the published content locally. If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review this article for details.
If you have uploaded the content and your quiz still isn't showing properly are you able to share the .QUIZ file here, so I can test it in a presentation? You should be able to do this by clicking on the paperclip icon in your response.
Just wanted to check in with you this morning and see if you were able to try the suggestions that Peter posted.
Also, thank you for sharing the file. However, when I took a look this morning I noticed there's quite a bit of questions. When I attempted to load them for a preview, I actually received a script error. Not sure if something happened when I downloaded it, or if there's a script in the quiz that's causing the issue. I haven't tried to publish it yet, however. Do you see the same thing when you're previewing it?
I'm trying to work through Peter's suggestion about the font type. It seems to be helping a little. I also found another post that mentioned the Template might be corrupted, so I'm recreating our template to see if that will help.
In regards to the script error you received, no I did not receive that when I previewed it. This file just must not want to be used any longer.

Catherine,
Thank you for your repsonse!
I published it to my local drive, and then uploaded it to our LMS. That is when we noticed the issue.
I've attached the .Quiz file for your testing.
Thank you for your help!
Steffanie
Peter,
Thank you for your response!
I read the article, and that could be what is happening. My only issue is that none of the other presentations are having that trouble.
I am definitely going to try that though and see if it makes a difference.
Thank you for your help!
Steffanie

Good morning Christine,

Hey Steffanie,
Great thanks very much for the update! I'm glad to hear you're making some progress.
Yeah, I figured it may have been related to the issue I had downloading the file, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't happening on your end to.
I hope everything works out. Let us know how it goes
Christine
