Presenter Ribbon not available in disabled add-ins

Jan 05, 2012

I have a problem that recently occured where my Articulate Presenter Ribbon has disappeared from my PPT toolbar.  I have went through all the steps as many of the troubleshooting tips have advised and it still does not resolve the issue.

One of the main issues with the problem is when selecting Disabled Add-ins through PPT options, it is empty and it says everything is enabled and there is nothing disabled.  My Articulate Communicator add-in is still enabled but there is not where to find the disabled Presenter Ribbon.

When I run PPT through admin I get the following error, "PowerPoint couldn't load the add-in C:\Program Files\Articulate\presenter\articulate.ppa.

This is very frustrating, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi BK,

Sorry for the trouble. Can you please perform a repair installation of Articulate Studio '09 to see if it resolves your issue? Here's how:

***Note*** If you are prompted to locate a file during the reinstall process, you will need to perform a reinstall by following the steps below:

1. Download Studio '09 here:
http://www.articulate.com/downloads/09/

2. Save the file to your desktop.
3. Double click the installer and select Reinstall.
4. Restart your computer.
